How Agentivium AI collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses personal information when you visit our website or use Agentivium applications and services.

1. Organization and Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, member portals, and services operated by Agentivium AI(also referred to as "Agentivium", "we", "our", or "us"), including our public website at https://agentivium.ai and our member applications such as Atrium at https://atrium.agentivium.ai.

Agentivium AI is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. If you have questions about our privacy practices or wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us at hello@agentivium.ai.

2. Google User Data We Access

When you authenticate with an Agentivium service using Google Sign-In, we request access only to basic identity scopes:

  • openid: Used to securely verify your identity via OpenID Connect.
  • email (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email): Provides your verified email address to identify and communicate with your account.
  • profile (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile): Provides basic public profile details, specifically your display name, profile avatar photo URL, and unique Google Account identifier.

We do not request sensitive or restricted Google Workspace permissions. Agentivium AI does not request or access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar events, Google Contacts, or any other personal Google Workspace content.

3. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Authentication & Account Creation: To verify your identity, create or link your Agentivium account, and maintain secure active login sessions.
  • Service Delivery: To display your name and profile avatar within the application interface and provide access to eligible Agentivium computing, research, and collaboration services.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To monitor and protect against unauthorized access, account takeover, security breaches, and abuse of our systems.
  • Administrative Communication: To send service-related notices regarding account security, updates, or direct support inquiries.

4. Prohibition on AI/ML Training and Commercial Exploitation

To maintain the highest privacy standards and comply with platform partner requirements:

  • No AI/ML Model Training: Agentivium AI does not use Google user data to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, trade, lease, or monetize Google user data under any circumstances.
  • No Advertising or Profiling: We do not use Google user data for advertising, personalized promotions, retargeting, interest-based tracking, or creditworthiness evaluation.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Agentivium AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Other Information We Collect

In addition to Google identity data, we may collect:

  • Information You Provide: Contact inquiries, support messages, onboarding submissions, and application configuration details you submit to us directly.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP addresses, browser user agent, device operating system, referring URLs, access timestamps, and diagnostic event logs collected to diagnose errors and secure our infrastructure.

7. How We Share and Disclose Information

We do not disclose Google user data or personal information to third parties, except in the following limited situations:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with vetted third-party infrastructure and cloud hosting providers (such as Cloudflare and cloud hosting facilities) solely to host, secure, and deliver our services under written confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, valid subpoena, or court order, or to prevent imminent physical or digital harm.

8. Data Storage, Protection, and Security

We implement comprehensive technical and administrative security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse:

  • Encryption in Transit: All communication between your client device and Agentivium services is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
  • Encryption at Rest: Stored account records and credentials are protected with industry-standard encryption standards (AES-256).
  • Access Control: Administrative access is restricted according to the principle of least privilege, with multi-factor authentication and strict audit logging.

9. Data Retention and Deletion Procedures

We retain Google user data only for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to fulfill the operational and security purposes outlined in this policy, or to comply with statutory legal requirements.

How to Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To request deletion:

  • Send an email to hello@agentivium.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your Google Account.
  • Our team will verify the request and permanently delete your user profile, session records, and associated data from our production systems within 30 days.

How to Revoke Google Access:You can also immediately revoke Agentivium AI's access to your Google Account at any time by visiting your Google Account Third-Party Permissions page and removing Agentivium.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.
  • Request correction or rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
  • Request erasure or restriction of processing of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing was based on consent.
